Our boss is one of the few college students in the village. In order to help the children in his hometown receive better education, he gave up his high-income job in a big city, opened the factory in his hometown, and sold it on this platform. Shopping Instructions
1. Regarding damaged courier boxes: If the courier box is damaged, please do not refuse delivery. Take photos and contact customer service as proof, and we will compensate for any missing items!
2. Regarding size: All products are measured manually. Due to differences in measurement tools and methods, there may be deviations! There may also be slight differences in size and weight due to the thickness of the filling material during production! Please make your purchase carefully!
3. Regarding color: Due to different batches, shooting equipment, lighting, and differences in monitor color contrast and color temperature, there may be slight color variations! (Some images are for reference only; the actual product shall prevail. If you mind, please do not purchase. For actual product photos, contact customer service. If there are slight differences in color, weight, or size, the actual product shall prevail, and returns or refunds are not accepted. For bulk orders, samples must be purchased first, and samples cannot be returned or exchanged!)
4. Regarding after-sales
Since the products are time-sensitive, no stock is prepared; orders are produced as received. Once the product is shipped, returns and refunds are not accepted. Please be aware! 1. For non-quality issues, such as not liking the product, buying too many, ordering the wrong item, or wanting an exchange, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. For quality issues, please record a video as evidence within 24 hours of receiving the product, including the box label and the product itself, and contact customer service to register and apply for a return or refund. If the time limit is exceeded, it will be assumed that the product has no quality issues, and returns or refunds will not be accepted. Product prices may be adjusted according to market demand at any time; for orders that have already been shipped (with logistics collection records considered as shipped), price differences will not be refunded!
